Recharge RC operates a strictly mail order only service.
All orders are carefully packed for despatch. There is a flat fee of £1.49 for all orders under £20. Orders over £25 are despatched free of charge.
We ship across the UK mainland using Royal Mail. All orders are sent via Royal mail First Class Post.
Royal mail aims to deliver first class items within 1-2 working days.
If your goods do not arrive within 7 days of despatch please let us know immediately.
Important note. We send orders via standard Royal Mail post. We advise you to choose the recorded mail option at the checkout. This provides extra security. If you have chosen not to go with the recorded mail option then this is done at your own risk. If you wish to be covered for compensation in the event of any loss in mail then please choose
the recorded mail option.
We wont be liable for lost orders if standard 1st class delivery is chosen.
Returns
All returns for non-defective items should be made within 14 working days. Recharge RC will charge an 18% restocking fee on any items returned that are non-defective. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges. All returned items must be in the original packaging and original state, you must contact Recharge RC before returning any items whereupon a returns number will be issued. Items arriving without a returns number may incurr a delay in any refund being made.
